5 stars: We just moved out of Waldon Lakes after being there for a year (just bought a house!). Our place was very quiet and we felt very safe where we were at. We loved how close we were to the grocery stores and the mall (we would walk to Kroger to get our groceries!). Maintenance always fixed things the same day of our work order request and they also did a good job keeping the sidewalks plowed in the winter. We would have stayed here much longer if it weren't for the opportunity to buy a house! –7/9/2015
5 stars: I love the location! We are tucked away in our own community but still close to Great Lakes Crossing mall and nearby grocery stores. Maintenance, when needed, fixes anything that may go wrong within 24 hours of calling. Our new kitchen and carpet makes our place stand out from other apartments we've lived in, in the past. All of my guests so far have commented on how nice the property and apartment look upon arriving. I'm not sure how others could have a problem unless they forced a problem upon themselves. I will definitely be renewing my lease for the washer/dryer in the unit alone! –10/29/2014
5 stars: My partner and I have lived here for a year and resigned our lease for another year because of our satisfaction with being here. I will admit that when we first moved in, I, myself, do not feel that the apartment was exactly "move-in-ready" (We were not shown our actual apartment due to someone still living here at the time) Thats my ONLY complaint. When this was brought to managements attention, they quickly jumped on it and I felt better about the situation.Other than that,I am not sure where some of these negative comments are coming from , maybe its just our building location ( we are centrally located to the playground) We have never had an issue with safety or not feeling secure, even at night time. I originally had a hard time finding a complex that accepts dogs. Waldon lakes was amazing,no problems at all.We take our dog for a walk often and have no problems when doing so. The pet fee per month is very reasonable. I love that they have a washer and dryer hook up. it definatly beats the tradtional community washer and dryer that most complexs have. That was a huge selling point for me as well. The inside of the apartments have a cute set up and comfortable. The master bedroom fits our King size bed with more than enough room, very spacious. The master bath is a good size as well.Very happy about that. The 2nd bedroom we have, fits our queen bed with PLENTY of room (we also have a 55 gal fishtank in there) The closet in the 2nd room is a small walk in with lots of space. The grounds here are kept very clean and very tidy, which is an inviting feeling. As far as maintenence, we have had a great experience with them. When management is called, they send someone out in ample time and they are ALWAYS a pleasure to deal with . VERY Friendly, very kind. They explain what they are doing , which makes me feel comfy. We even had an emergency on a Sunday and they came out right away. The guy was so nice about it and fixed the problem within a couple of minutes.
Over all and in my personal opinion, Waldon Lakes has been a pleasure to live in.We are happy to be here .
Kudos to staff for being wonderful !! - 6/25/2013
5 stars: I've lived here for a number of years and I have never had any problems! The maintenance staff is always quick to fix any maintenance issues I may have and they are always keeping the sidewalks cleared in the winter. Everyone in the office and all of my neighbors are all very nice and I love being part of the community. Easy access to grocery stores, the mall, and the highway exits. –8/11/2015
5 stars: Well kept, close to shopping, easy access to freeways, school district near by, accepts children and pets. Staff are very pleasant , professional, they see to your needs. Safe environment for all ages. For those who want to work out the complex has equipment available on site, afterwards you may take a swim, the pool is right next door. –08/2015
