I hereby make an application for lease for the above described premises and services, on the terms above specified and in a form to be prepared by LR Management I hereby deposit herewith $100 as an administrative fee to hold the apartment, and pay $50 as a non-refundable application processing fee per adult applicant for reviewing credit. I understand that the application processing fee and administrative fee are non-refundable. If the application results in a denial, the administrative fee will be refunded in full.

 

As an inducement to the owner of the property and LR Management, to accept this application, I warrant that all statements above set forth are true and complete. I hereby consent to allow LR Management, through its designated agent’s and its employees to obtain and verify my credit information for the purpose of determining whether or not to lease an apartment to me. I hereby consent to allow LR Management, through its designated agent’s and its employees to obtain and verify if I have been involved in any criminal activity by performing a criminal background check for the purpose of determining whether or not to lease an apartment to me. I understand that should I lease an apartment, LR Management, and its agents shall have a continuing right to review my credit information, criminal information, rental application, payment history and occupancy history for account review purposes and for improving application methods. It is my responsibility to ensure that LR Management receives proper verification within five (5) business days of the Application Date listed above. If I fail to do so, the application will be terminated and the application holding fee will be retained by LR Management as liquidated damages. If my application is accepted by LR Management, and a lease is delivered to me for execution on the above terms in the form prepared by LR Management, I shall sign and deliver it back to LR Management by the move-in date listed above. If I fail or refuse to execute and deliver the said lease to LR Management, by said move-in date, the application deposit made herewith is to be retained by LR Management as liquidated damages, and there shall be no further liability on the part of the owner, agent, or the undersigned in respect to said proposed lease or application. Falsification of information related to this application is grounds for denial.

 

This application shall not be binding upon the owner until it has been signed and executed by an agent for LR Management. The delivery of a lease to the undersigned for signature shall not be construed as acceptance of this application nor shall said lease be binding upon the owner or LR Management until it has been signed and executed on the owner’s behalf and a copy of said lease delivered to the undersigned.
